Trunk Request Form

Completing this form does not guarantee the trunk is available. You will be emailed a confirmation sheet when the booking is confirmed, or, you will be contacted for an alternate date if the trunk is unavailable during the requested time.

Trunks may be checked out for no cost. It is the school’s responsibility to pick up and return the trunk. Trunks are checked out in one week increments and typically available for pick up on Saturdays.
