Oklahoma Heritage Preservation Grant Program

Draft Applications

Draft applications are now closed.

Applicant organizations may voluntarily send a draft application to the grants administrator for feedback. Participation in the draft application feedback will not guarantee funding, nor will nonparticipation negatively affect an organization’s ability to receive funding. The applicant organization is able to accept or disregard in whole or part the recommendations offered by the grants administrator. It is important to remember that the grants administrator does not have grant decision-making authority.

Those wishing to participate in a draft application feedback process will utilize the main application on Submittable. You will need to complete your application, and, at the bottom of the form (the very last question), you will be asked if you wish to submit it as a draft. To participate, simply select “yes” to that question and submit your application by 5 p.m. on October 7. Once your application has been reviewed by the grants administrator, you will receive feedback, and your application will be opened up for editing. Your organization may then make any changes that they wish to the application, and then resubmit by the grant deadline at 5 p.m. on November 1.
