Two Nights of Holiday Candlelight Tours at Hunter’s Home
PARK HILL, Okla. — Oklahoma’s only remaining pre-Civil War plantation home will host two nights of candlelight tours in December to encourage visitors to see the historic property in a new light.
Hunter’s Home will be open on Friday, December 15, and Saturday, December 16, from noon-8 p.m. Once the sun sets on those days, tour guides will lead visitors through the historic home that will be decorated with period Christmas decorations. Candlelight will adorn the entire home, including the parlor, sitting room and dining room.

Hunter’s Home is a division of the Oklahoma Historical Society.
