The Chisholm to Host Free Summer Concert Series

KINGFISHER, Okla. — Join The Chisholm on the third Thursday from May to August for its family-friendly “Summer Sounds” concert series. A food truck will sell dinner starting at 6 p.m. Then stick around to enjoy free live music from 7-8:30 p.m. at Horizon Hill, the home of territorial governor A.J. Seay.

Each month will feature a different musician or group:

  • May 16: Jason Scott and High Heat
  • June 20: Musical duo Jim Garling and Susanne Woolley
  • July 18: Mackynsie McKedy and the McKedy Band
  • August 15: Travis Kidd

The Chisholm is an affiliate of the Oklahoma Historical Society. The mission of the Oklahoma Historical Society is to collect, preserve and share the history and culture of the state of Oklahoma and its people.
