Learn the Art of Creating Marbled Paper in Workshop at Hunter’s Home
PARK HILL, Okla. — On Saturday, March 15, from 1-3 p.m., Hunter’s Home will teach guests how to create marbled paper using methods from the 1850s. Throughout the program, the instructor will discuss the history, popularity and uses of marbled paper during the 1850s. Each guest will have a one-of-a-kind piece of art to take home, allowing this ancient craft to continue.
The class costs $10 per person. The registration fee includes all supplies. Those interested in the class must register in advance to secure their spot by calling the site at 918-456-2751.

Hunter’s Home is a division of the Oklahoma Historical Society.
