Oklahoma History Center Presents Fourth Annual “Deck the Halls”
OKLAHOMA CITY — The Education Department of the Oklahoma History Center is excited to announce its fourth annual “Deck the Halls” on Saturday, Dec. 9, from 10 a.m. to noon, featuring a Kilgen organ performance by Luke Staisiunas. “Deck the Halls” activities are included with regular admission to the History Center.
This program has gained immense popularity over those years as a holiday event for the entire family. New this year will be a performance by Luke Staisiunas, a University of Oklahoma student and a staff member of the American Organ Institute. He will be playing a selection of Christmas carols and traditional seasonal music on the historic Kilgen theater organ. The History Center Education Department will offer crafts and other activities that promise to enhance the spirit of the season.
“Deck the Halls” participants also are encouraged to visit the Museum Store to take advantage of its holiday sale.
