“Weird and Wonderful” Exhibit at the Cherokee Strip Regional Heritage Center
ENID, Okla. — The Cherokee Strip Regional Heritage Center in Enid is featuring a new exhibit entitled “Weird and Wonderful: Mysteries and Treasures of the Heritage Center,” on display now through Saturday, March 23. The exhibit includes rarely seen artifacts from deep in the museum’s vaults. On Wednesday, March 13, at noon the Heritage Center will host its monthly Brown Bag Lunch and Learn program. “Weird and Wonderful” curator Amy Johnson will give a curator’s talk about the creation of the exhibit. Attendees are welcome to bring their lunches and learn about the exhibit process.
The Cherokee Strip Regional Heritage Center is open Tuesday through Saturday, 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., and is located at 507 S. Fourth St. in Enid. For more information, please call 580-237-1907 or visit www.csrhc.org.
The Cherokee Strip Regional Heritage Center is a division of the Oklahoma Historical Society.
