The Heritage Hills Halloween Festival will be held at the Henry and Anna Overholser Mansion on Sunday, October 29, from 1 to 3 p.m.
A number of fun activities are planned, including face painting, bike and scooter decorating, pumpkin painting, and a bounce house.
