Do you follow #MannersMonday on Hunter’s Home’s Facebook page? Have you ever wondered what constituted “proper” behavior in Victorian times? On Saturday, May 17, at Hunter’s Home, you are welcome to come and sip some tea (pinky up, of course), eat some period sweets, and learn what was expected of a well-bred Victorian. Everything will be prepared for you, so just bring your own self! If you want to come dressed in a period dress for the occasion, feel free to do so!
This event is targeted towards those 12 and up.
Regular admission fees apply. For more information, call 918-456-2751. Hunter’s Home is at 19479 E. Murrell Home Rd. in Park Hill. The site is open to the public from 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
