“Trappers, Traders, and Hunters of the Plains” living history event

On Saturday, April 13, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., the Chisholm Trail Museum in Kingfisher will host a variety of living history interpreters for “Trappers, Traders, and Hunters of the Plains,” a day filled with adventure. Trappers, traders, and hunters lived a rugged life providing pelts, furs and more for businesses in the East. Visitors can explore the lives of early trappers and traders, buffalo hunters and more. Living history demonstrations will be ongoing throughout the day, and activities are free.
