Fort Towson Historic Site will host a Blacksmith demonstration on Saturday, May 13, 2017. From 1 to 3 pm, Gerald Franklin will demonstrate blacksmithing techniques using a coal-burning forge. Come watch his skillful hands transform iron or steel into or everyday items or beautiful works of art.
