On Wednesday, November 9, at noon, the Cherokee Strip Regional Heritage Center (CSRHC) in Enid will host a Brown Bag Lunch and Learn program presented by a panel of veterans from Vance Air Force Base. The presentation will be held in the Humphrey Heritage Village on the grounds of the CSRHC. The Brown Bag programs are held on the second Wednesday of each month and are free to the public.
