Frank Phillips Home Annual July 4th Flag Event

The Friends of the Frank Phillips Home are pleased to announce their annual July 4^th Flag Event. “This is our fifth year of celebrating Independence Day by decorating the grounds of the Home and several blocks of historic Cherokee Avenue with the American Flag” said Jim Goss, Director/Curator at the Frank Phillips Home. The Home has become a favorite place for family photos amidst the hundreds of flags on the lawn during the holiday weekend. The public is encouraged to come by and enjoy the grounds, although the Home will be closed for tours in observance of the state holiday.
