On July 7–9, the State Historic Preservation Office will host the Historic Preservation Tax Incentives virtual workshop series. The entire workshop series will be held online and live sessions will have ample opportunity for questions and discussion.
In this session, staff will discuss the Historic Preservation Tax Incentives program in general. The Historic Preservation Tax Incentives program encourages private sector investment in the rehabilitation and reuse of historic buildings. The session will also go over how the National Register of Historic Places coincides with the Tax Incentives Program. Also included will be the application process and timing for submitting a project.
