July 8 – The Secretary of the Interior’s Standards for Rehabilitation
On July 7–9, the State Historic Preservation Office will host the Historic Preservation Tax Incentives virtual workshop series. The entire workshop series will be held online and live sessions will have ample opportunity for questions and discussion.
In this session, staff will discuss the 10 Standards for Rehabilitation. The intent of the Standards are to assist the long-term preservation of a property’s significance through the preservation of historic materials and features. The Standards pertain to historic buildings of all materials, construction types, sizes, and occupancy and encompass the exterior and the interior of historic buildings.
