Interested in participating in National History Day (NHD)? Whether you have competed before or are new to the program, this workshop is for you! Oklahoma NHD can help meet state social studies standards providing a framework for reading, research, interpretation, and presentation. In addition staff will provide correlations for Oklahoma Assessment Standards for the Social Studies. At the workshop you will learn: the 2017–2018 theme, the different types of projects, primary sources available in the area, and how to conduct NHD research in the classroom.
