Experience “Settler’s Day” at the Cherokee Strip Museum and Rose Hill School in Perry on Saturday, September 7, from 9:30 a.m. to 2 p.m.
Bring the whole family to enjoy this free admission day at the museum and enjoy games and activities including schoolhouse sessions, old-fashioned games, and races. Visitors can watch trick roping, rope making, and flint knapping demonstrations. Historical characters and cowboy cooking will take visitors back to the era of 1893.
