Event Navigation
On Friday, February 14, at 5:30 p.m. pianist Silvan Zingg will perform “Music of the 1920s and 1930s” at the Pioneer Woman Museum. This entertaining and educational evening of Boogie-Woogie and Blues music is the perfect way to celebrate Valentine’s Day! Silvan Zingg, visiting from Switzerland, will perform songs from the 1920s and 1930s—the same music that was popular when the Pioneer Woman statue was brought to Ponca City from New York City! Zingg will also share information about the musical pieces he performs.
Zingg will be the first performer to play on the Pioneer Woman Museum’s new piano, recently donated by a special friend of the museum! Tickets are $10 each and can be purchased at the museum or at the door on concert night. Light hors d’oeuvres and refreshments will be served. For more information please call 580-765-6108.
