Volunteer Recruiting Drive, Oklahoma History Center

On Saturday, January 7, 2017, the Oklahoma History Center will hold a Volunteer Recruiting Drive from 10 to 2 pm in the Chesapeake Events Center. Members of the Oklahoma History Center’s education department, Steve Hawkins, and current volunteers will be on-site to answer questions and describe the opportunities available to interested participants.
The activities offered to volunteers include: tour guides, gallery hosts, living historians, special event hosts, and behind-the-scenes positions. New volunteers will be trained and schedules will be designed to fit the time offered.
