Cherokee Cultural Day, Sequoyah’s Cabin
On Friday, April 15, 2016, Sequoyah's Cabin, in cooperation with the Cherokee Heritage Center and the Oklahoma Historical Society, will host the Spring Cherokee Cultural Day. From 10 am to 2 pm presenters will demonstrate hands-on Cherokee crafts, native games, storytelling, blacksmithing and much more. This event is free and open to the public. Murrell Home Living History Education Day
The George M. Murrell Home Historic Site, just south of Tahlequah, will host its 6th Annual Living History Education Day on Friday, May 6, 2016.
