“I Never Found a Fossil I Didn’t Like” presentation with geologist Dr. Chris Shelton
On Tuesday, December 10, at 6 p.m., Rogers State University assistant professor Dr. Chris Shelton will discuss his experiences and research projects conducted while living in South Africa. Based at the University of Cape Town, Shelton worked with fossilized bone tissue of animals called Therapsids, which are older than dinosaurs. Will Rogers Memorial Museum in Claremore (WRMM) is planning a special Polar Express Movie Night on Friday, December 13. The theatre’s doors will open at 6 p.m., and the movie will begin at 7 p.m.

Living History Education Day
