Toney Lackey & beloved wife Rose

Toney was an active member of CCC in Trinidad, Colorado, Worland, Wyoming, and Shoshoni, Wyoming. Toney founded and was the first president of the Will Rogers Chapter 10 CCC of Oklahoma. He was responsible for granite markers in several Oklahoma state parks. Unfortunately, Toney passed away before each of these markers had been completed. His legacy lives through the historical CCC statue located outside the Oklahoma History Center. He is remembered with love by his children Joyce, Gary, Debbie and several grandchildren.
