I was born on September 4, 1942, to Virgil T. Smith and Gerald Mason Smith at Hardy Sanitarium in Ardmore. I worked as a regional dales manager in the trucking industry for 35 years for Bacon Transport, Groendyke Transport, and United Petroleum Transports companies. After retiring, I put together a website (www.ardmorecriterion.com) with a friend, which allows viewers to visit Ardmore High School yearbooks, dating back to 1907. I am very proud of my Oklahoma Heritage!
