Oklahoma Friends of Ukraine

Oklahoma Friends of Ukraine, Inc. (OFU) is a non-profit organization founded in 1993 in Oklahoma City. Its goals are the promotion of awareness and knowledge of the people, the culture, and the history of Ukraine with the intent of developing a close, rewarding relationship between Oklahoma and Ukraine. OFU has taken part in cultural festivals in Oklahoma City, created displays of Ukrainian Easter eggs for libraries throughout the metropolitan area, and provided scholarships to Ukrainian students pursuing degrees at Oklahoma institutions of higher education.
