Steve Peter was born in Okmulgee, August 29, 1943. A Central State College graduate and Marine, Steve was Director of the Oklahoma Health Planning Commission and a Senior Associate with Rees Associates, Inc., Architects. He was involved in a variety of non-profits: Oklahoma Goodwill Industries Board Member; Region VI Health Planning Association Board President; Governor, Oklahoma District of Toastmasters International; Drug Recovery Inc., Oklahoma City, President and Board Chairman; Mayfair West Security Patrol, President; Depression and Bipolar Support Alliance, Treasurer and Vice President. His first book, "The Saga of Marshal Todd Warden," was published in 2011.
