Rae and Clara Thompson

Rae and Clara Thompson lived their whole lives in Pontotoc County. He was a successful farmer and rancher, but was most proud of the fact that he was County Commissioner District #3 of Pontotoc County for 34 years. Clara Stevenson Thompson was a teacher at Jesse and Pontotoc schools during the early years of their marriage, then was an involved mother of their five children and an active community leader.
