John & Edith Pfalser

John Pfalser was b. Louisville KY on 25 Dec 1850 the day after the family of David and Mary Pfalzer arrived in Louisville after immigration from Landau Rhineland Pflaz, Germany. John was raised by his grandmother near Sellersburg, IN. He migrated to Sterling, KS where he married Edith Viola Baughman on 18 Sep 1888 the daughter of Joseph and Anna (Conrad) Baughman. To this union 10 children were born. John died 29 Sep 1944 at Ft. Supply, OK. His wife Edith was born 5 Dec 1871 and died 11 Jun 1948 at Anthony, KS. Both are interred in Timberlake Cemetery near Helena, OK
