Jack M. Daviee B. J. McClellan

Jack Mitchell Daviee was born and raised in Oklahoma City. As a young man he worked as a tinsmith in his father's sheet metal company. At the onset of WWII he joined the US Navy and served with the 24th Naval Construction Battalion (Seabees) in the South Pacific. After the war he returned to OKC and owned and operated Daviee Sheet Metal Co., which had been founded by his father. In 1974, he married Betty Jane McClellan, a Medical Doctor who specialized in pathology and was Professor of Pathology at the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center.
