C. C. Cardwell

Charlie Clark "C. C." Clark was the tenth and last child of John Henry Cardwell and Effie A. Blackmon. He was born Feb. 1, 1906 in Mexia, TX. He married Eunice Alleine Harrell Dec 28, 1929, at Waxahachie, TX. They had two daughters, Doris Eunice and Edna Frances, both born in Corsicana, TX. He was hired by Halliburton Oil Well Cementing Co. in Duncan in 1940 and worked there for 31 yrs until retirement in 1971. He died Jan 31, 1975, and is buried in Resthaven Memorial Cemetery, Duncan. Alleine died Nov 26, 1996, and is buried beside him. Their daughter, Frances, died Jun 18, 2012 and is buried next to them.
