Born Mar 21, 1953. Born and raised mainly in Midwest City, lived for a while in Washington State. Father, Roy Graham, served in the military. Mother, Jean Graham, was wife, mother, and homemaker. Family has lived in the same area more than 60 years. Charlotte Elaine Graham was schooled in Nicoma Park and Midwest City, Choctaw school system. Worked for telephone company for years. Retired mother and homemaker. Proud to be a "Okie" and proud to live in Oklahoma - "God's Country.
