Sheppard/Shepard

My gg grand father Edwin/Edward Sheppard/Shepard and family (four boys and one girl) came to Indian Territory in 1860. They settled around Tishomingo and two additional children were born, but died young. The four boys and one girl married and started families; one of the boys, Jeremiah (Jerry Miah), my great-grandfather, moved back to Arkansas in 1879 the others raised their families in Indian Territory (Oklahoma). Some descendants still live in Oklahoma.
