Dillard Clyde and Mable Benson Jackson

Clyde Jackson came to Okemah, Oklahoma, about 1922 to help in his uncle and aunt's shoe store. Okemah became his lifetime home when he met and soon married Mable Benson. They were married for 66 years. Dad retired from the Tax Commission of Oklahoma. Mom retired after teaching over 30 years in the Okemah school system.
