The Arthur B. Ramsey Manuscripts collection consists of documents pertaining to his personal life, military, film, and petroleum careers. Materials included range from personal cards and notes exchanged between his wife Lyle, and himself, to correspondence regarding the production of a new film, either for private industry or military training. The collection also consists of various oil and gas maps for individual counties where Ramsey's oil and gas firm, Ramsey Petroleum, had interests. Other items included are various blank operational forms and stationary.

Color film titled: Boeing presents the B-17 Flying fortress. Elementary ground work. Certain simple rules govern the correct methods of Towing, Jacking, Mooring and ground work of the B-17 Flying Fortress. The application of the rules is necessary to prevent serious flight delays. All are preliminary instructions in the mechanics basic training. This picture will illustrate some of the more important methods of doing the job right , and will be referred to as Elementary Ground Work.

War Dogs- help police carry out there surveillance and security duties. Each dog assigned to one MP and the effort is made to continue this relationship once trained. Honor Defenders of Bastogne- Eisenhower arrives in France to address airborne division troops, Rhine Airborne Operations- Drop missiles in across the Rhine as well as concentration sites along the north, Nazi installations are burned out, and airborne divisions are dropped to make connection with ground troops.

Wire-Laying by Plane- replaces where ground wire-laying is too difficult, smoke signals mark beginning and end of wire-laying, chains drop with wire to the ground, laud at one mile every 30 seconds and can lay up to 16 miles in one run. Activities of 6th Army Group- American transports carry troops to China to assist in new drive, Chinese soldiers driven to front by American vehicles. Some camps are evacuated and supplies are removed to be saved. Service Schools in the Pacific- Troops attend parachute jump school and utilize a jump tower to assist in parachute use practice, also use mock planes, then students move to training installations with actual planes. Transportation Difficulties in Okinawa- Road conditions slow transport of personnel and supplies after a week of rain, vehicles must be abandoned that slide off roads. Bulldozers are used to pull trucks while some become stalled on the side of the road. Roads become impassable at points. F7F Tigercat- New twin engine fire bomber, 425 mile per hour class plane, can carry rockets and full size bombs. Used to clean up enemy strong points.

Heavy concentration of enemy fire brings loses. Flight air reinforces are brought in to widen support against fierce enemy opposition. Toulon Harbor Installations- Inspection made of harbor area after many installations were destroyed. Invasion of Palau Islands- Islands are bombed to neutralize enemy offensive power prior to amphibious invasion. Torpedo air crafts join attacks as well as some surface vessels of Third fleet. Jap garrison is holding out on island, command post and communication post are quickly set up and ground troops move swiftly against resistance.
